Website privacy
Your information.
Used to answer your request.
This notice explains what the ASJ website enquiry form collects, why it is used and how to ask about your information.
Who is responsible
ASJ Plumbing & Maintenance is responsible for the enquiry information described in this notice. You can contact ASJ at asjplumbing@outlook.com or by post at 251 Cappagh Road, Finglas West, Dublin 11, D11 RFX2.
Information submitted through the form
Depending on the fields you complete, the website may receive your name, email address, phone number, property address or Eircode, selected service, timing, preferred contact method and message. It also records basic submission details needed to deliver, secure and administer the enquiry.
Required fields are marked on the form. Without them, ASJ may not have enough information to identify or answer the request.
Why the information is used
The information is used to respond to your request, understand the property issue, discuss possible work, arrange a visit or quotation and keep an appropriate record of the conversation. This may involve taking steps at your request before a possible booking or contract.
Technical and anti-spam information may be processed for the legitimate interest of operating and protecting the website. The enquiry form itself does not make automatic booking, eligibility or pricing decisions.
Photographs and sensitive information
If ASJ later asks you to send property photographs by email, check them for people, documents, alarm details, keys or other private information first. Do not send payment-card information or unnecessary identification documents.
Where the information goes
A copy of the enquiry may be stored in the private WordPress administration area and sent to ASJ by email. Access should be limited to authorised website administrators and the people handling enquiries and project communication.
The website host, email provider, security services and other necessary technical providers may process information to operate, protect and deliver the website and messages.
Retention
Website enquiries are intended to be removed from the WordPress administration area after 24 months. Information may be deleted sooner when it is no longer needed or retained for longer where an active project, payment, dispute, insurance matter or legal obligation requires it.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to or receive a copy of your personal information. Email asjplumbing@outlook.com and include enough information to identify the relevant enquiry. ASJ may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
If you are unhappy with how your information is handled, you may raise a concern with Ireland’s Data Protection Commission.
Cookies and technical logs
WordPress, the hosting provider or separately installed tools may use essential cookies and technical logs needed to operate, secure and maintain the site. Any optional analytics or marketing technology should be explained through the site’s cookie controls before it is enabled.
